Linear Queue

Clear and simple queue information and advertisements make customers more comfortable with their wait, and creates a more efficient and productive environment for customers and staff.

How it works

Linear queues, also known as a snake queue or queue-in-line, are usually created in places such as at supermarket checkouts, banks, airport security, etc.

Linear queues can be implemented by laying out line barriers or product shelving. Team members can then call the next customer in line using a wireless call pad, as soon as they are available to assist. The announcement appears on a TV screen and/or LED Cubes.

Implementing this system can assist in freeing up space, improve customer flow, and reduce the cost of staffing resources. This will also assist both staff and customers with their queuing and service experience.
