How it works

Virtual Queue, also known as electronic queue management or ticketing queue systems, are used in environments where queues are formed in unpredictable and varying locations and directions. 

This is often the case in some forms of retail, service centres, banks, and most other transaction-based or service related environments, at periods of high demand in many cases. 

Virtual Queue Systems are designed to create order in a seemingly unstructured environment by providing customers with numbered tickets that are called audibly and visually, in sequence, by the next available agent, to assist with their specific type of enquiry. 

Implementing this type of system creates a feeling of order in an otherwise potentially chaotic environment, thereby improving both the customer and staff members experience.

With our SMS Module your queuing experience can be transformed. When customers collect their ticket at the kiosk and the queue is longer than a prescribed amount of time the customer can input his mobile number into the kiosk and continue shopping until their ticket number nears the front of the queue. This helps free up your waiting area and increase basket spend in a retail environment.
